Functionality

This function module is used to allow a customer to decide whether or not F&A conditions are to be redetermined when an Access Sequence relevant field attached to an F&A condition is changed either during creation of the document or during referencing documents (like as in creating call-off's for a contract).

Maintenance of this user exit has to be carried out via transaction CMOD, enhancement OICREPRI.

Example

If the customer set the variable oic_reprice to any other value than intial, F&A condition redetermination would be triggered at different points since the code gets activated only if oic_reprice is not initial.

Case I :

Repricing would occur each time some field relevant to pricing condition determination has been changed while "inside" a document

Eg: During the creation of a sales order, changes to a field, lets say "Plant", which has an F&A access sequence attached to it, would cause condition redetermination (meaning that the Formula would be reread from the database and evaluated newly).

Case II:

Although oic_reprice is set to 'X' (or any value causing it not to be initial) copy controls would always have precedence over this setting during the creation of documents with a reference

Eg: During the creation of a sales call-off for a contract, in case the copy control between order types OR and CQ have been set to pricing type 'A', even though you have asked for F&A condition redetermination, conditions would remain unchanged.

Case III:

Setting oic_reprice to 'X' does not influence condition redetermination in case it involves changing of the Formula itself in the repository unless you force redetermination with a pricing type 'B' (or press the button "New Pricing")

Notes

In case the customer should choose to activate F&A condition redetermination, he/she should set the value of oic_reprice to 'X'.

Eg: oic_reprice = 'X'.
