Functionality

This function module is used to correct the result of the issue document check for stock procured when collective purchase orders are created.

Use

When collective purchase orders are generated as part of Merchandise Distribution, issue documents (usually sales orders and/or stock transport orders) are checked based on ATP logic to determine whether material has already been procured for the open documents. If material has already been procured, this ensures that the material is not procured again for the document items concerned when a collective purchase order is generated.

Notes

The procured quantities previously determined by the program are in the parameter table T_PROC_QUANTS . This parameter only is relevant for further processing. Changes to other parameters are not taken into account for further processing.
