This module enables you to specify default values for the control data. A certificate profile is always called up when a new characteristic is created after you have selected the characteristic (master inspection characteristic or class characteristic).

The entire input/output structure of the current characteristic can be used as input parameters.

You can fill the following output parameters:

  • Indicator for the origin of the specifications
  • Indicator for the origin of the characteristic results
  • Indicator for the origin of the characteristic short text
  • Indicator for the output strategy in the event of a skip
  • Indicator for the output format
  • Indicator for an additional text if result outside specification
  • Indicator to denote an obligatory characteristic

Example

You want to set the indicators for the data originas in accordance with the characteristic category:

  • The following data are to be read for characteristic category 1 (master inspection characteristic):
  • Specifications from the inspection specifications of a quality insp.:

  • Results from the inspection results of a quality inspection

  • Characteristic texts from certificate profile first or, if not found, from the master record

  • Output strategy in the event of a skip: find value from the batch

  • The following data are to be read for characteristic category 2(class characteristic):
  • Specifications used to find the batch

  • Results from the values of the class characteristics for the batch

  • Characteristic texts first from the certificate profile or, if not found, from the master record

  • An output strategy in the event of a skip is not meaningful here.
