Functionality

The searchhelp-function filters charlike-entries of a selection-method that have exactly the length as is defined in the search-help-parameter 'LENGTH'. The filtered parameter has to be the first importing and exporting parameter in the search-help-definition.

Example

The selection method is T5ED9.

The needed length is 3.

So in the help-search you define

(1) the clike-parameter CDCNO for import and export.

(2) the length-parameter LENGTH.

All additional parameters of the search-help are unchanged by this search-help-exit.
