FIAPSA_ADV_DEFINE_AGENT - For Advance payment request rule agent determination

Functionality

This function module is designed to search for agents on the basis of two alternative input parameters passed through container AC_CONTAINER :

- User ID

- Company code,

First of all, the module try to search for a superior for a specified in container AC_CONTAINER User ID using HR organizational structure. If a superior is found, User ID of superior as agent is returned through table parameter ACTOR_TAB.

In another case, if input parameter User ID is not specified or a superior is not found for User ID, the module will try to find an agent using value of input parameter 'Company code'. The module try to read table FIAPSAD_ADV_APPR using company code value . If corresponding entry is found, a pair of table entry fields (OTYPE and OBJID) as an agent will be returned through table parameter ACTOR_TAB.

Customers are able to enhance this function module to add any specific processing for searching for agents. To do that, customers may use embedded in this module ENHANCEMENT-POINT statements.
