Functionality

Function module FKK_0395_COLL_CASE_REVERSE is the related reversal module for the dunning activities FKK_0350_COLL_CASE_NEW and FKK_0350_COLL_CASE_ADD_OR_NEW for submitting receivables and internal collection.

Define this function module for event 0395 if you require a reversal function for the dunning activities specified.

If the case has not been created yet, the entry is deleted in the dunning activity table (FKKMAKT). Otherwise the items are removed from the case. However, if the case is locked against changes to the item list (technically: DFKKCASEITEMSH-NOCHANGE = X), then the item in the item list merely contains an indicator that the dunning notice was reversed (technically: DFKKCASEITEMS-XMSTO = X).
