FKK_AR_EVENT_0525 - Archiving Shadow Table Tax Reporting Argentina: Sort fields

Functionality

You use this function module to include Argentina-specific fields from tax reporting table DFKKREP06_S in the archiving object FI_MKKGENS. It populates SRT01, SRT02, and SRT03 from structure FKKAR_TXGRP as follows:

• SRT01 with report group assignment 1 (FKKAR_TXGRP-SRTF1)

• SRT02 with report group assignment 2 (FKKAR_TXGRP-SRTF2)

• SRT03 with official document type (FKKAR_TXGRP-J_1AOFTP)

Notes

To use this function module, you must:

1. Either use delivered archive info structure SAP_FICA_ARRES1, or define a new one that includes fields SRT01, SRT02, and SRT03 for archiving object FI_MKKGENS.

If you define your own, you can choose these fields from the available field catalog.

1. Assign this function module to tax event 0525.

Note that for the system to process the data properly, the additional tax reporting fields for Argentina must be filled. If the required tax reporting fields are empty, the archiving process will stop.
