Functionality
This function module realizes all additional controls needed by the document that is being cleared:
,,1) Control if the document has got at least 1 VAT line. If all lines in the document are Perception lines, this control is avoided.
,,2) Check if all processing keys (KTOSL) will generate entries in Reporting Tables (DFKKREP06 and DFKKREP07).
