FKK_BIX_BIT_CREATE - Creation of Billable Items

Functionality
The function module is used for creating billable items.
First, fundamental checks are performed. The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
- The billable item class is active and released for productive use.
- The delivered client is the same as the current client.
- The source transaction is specified and if applicable, a source transaction ID is assigned.
The central function module for mapping and checking billable items (FKK_BIX_BIT_MAP_CHECK) is called for each source transaction.
