FKK_PRENOTE_BR_1025 - Event 1025 : Changes in the Contract Account

Functionality

This function module creates a Prenote Entry in in Prenotification data (latest) table (DFKKPNBKA) if relevant changes are performed in the contract account maintenance.

If the data in the following fields in Contract Accounts master data changes, a prenotification is created. The field Payment methodchanges to or from Direct Debit, Bank Identificationor Bank reference. The Prenotification status (Tempor Cancelled) and the Prenotification Processing status (To be sentor Not to be sent) is determined in Prenotification data (latest) table(DFKKPNBKA).

When bank confirms the prenotification record using incoming file (imported through transaction FPPNR), the Prenotification statuschanges from Temp to New. In the case of cancellation, no further confirmation is sent by the bank.

Note

If the field Acct in legacyin the Contract Accountmaster data is filled, then the prenote entry has Prenotification Status as New.
