FKK_PRENOTE_PBS_1052 - Change of business partner master data triggers prenotification entry

Functionality

Create entries in the prenotification table if relevant changes were performed in the business partner master data.

The following changes lead to the creation of prenotification entries:

1. Change of first or last name of the business partner only if its bank identifications are used and if the account holder fields of each bank identifications are empty (that is, not maintained).
2. Change of the following bank details of the used bank identification:

• Bank key

• Bank account number

• Bank control key

• Reference specification for bank details

• Account holder name

• Indicator: collection authorization

Prenotification status ('new') and processing status ('to be sent' or 'not to be sent' ) are also determined.
