Use

If this function module is entered as a dunning activity then SMS will be sent to the business partner for the current dunning with the following information:

• Balance amount

• Due date for the dunned contract

The text will be sent based on the dunning level category.

Note

You should maintain dunning activities in Configure Dunning Activities. In this view you define the dunning activity for sending SMS and also define the function module that the system will call for this activity. We recommend that you maintain this function module in the view.
