FKK_SAMPLE_0787 - Change Form Data for Manually Created Correspondence

Functionality

If you define a function module in event 0787, you can change form data for individual correspondence entries of manually created correspondences. This might be necessary because multiple correspondence entries are stored in the same notification object. Therefore you cannot see differences in master data, such as different adresses or business partner names, when you refer to the notification object later on.

Example

Two manually created outbound correspondence entries have the same notification object to store the content but the business partners' names and adresses are different. Therefore you have to generate the correspondences individually. Only then will you be able to print out the correspondence with correct master data.
