Features

For event 1121, all document data relevant to a document change is made available in the old and new version.

You can return error messages in table T_MESSA and thereby prevent the change from being saved. You should assign the error messages to the line items so that the line item field (OPUPK, length 4), sub-item field (OPUPZ, length 3), and repetition item field (OPUPW, length 3) are concatenated in the MSORT (length 10) field.

Usage Area

Used to prevent unwanted document changes.

Notes for Programming

The structures/tables with the "OLD" tag contain the old status for the document, before the change.

The structures/tables with the "NEW" tag contain the new status for the document, after the change.

It is not possible to change the data yourself, for example by entering new values in the tables with the "NEW" tag.
