FKK_SAMPLE_6261 - Collection Agency: supplement Outbound Information for Collection Payments

Functionality

Using the function module processed at event 6261, you can change or add to outbound information for collection payments. Also you can change the distribution of outbound payment amount information (assignment between collection payments and collection units) based on the current hierarchy for the collection units.

If you want to add to the outbound information for collection payments, add the needed fields to the following structures:

• For collection payment information

• In include CI_FKKCOLLPAYM_OUT in structure FKKCOLLPAYM_OUT

• In include CI_FKKCOLLPAYM in structure FKKCOLLPAYM

• For information on assignment of collection payments to collection units

• In include CI_FKKCOLLPAYMLINK_OUT in structure FKKCOLLPAYMLINK_OUT

• In include CI_FKKCOLLPAYMLINK in structure FKKCOLLPAYMLINK

The enhanced information is then available at event 6265, and can be assigned to the corresponding fields of the outbound message of the service.

Event 6261 is processed during the mass activity Information for Collection Agencies (transaction FPCI). The program expects the added data to be returned in tables CT_COLLPAYM_OUT (payment information) and CT_COLLPAYMLINK_OUT (payment assignment information).
