Functionality

With this event, you can export data for EDRs - in particular, your customer-specific data - which is not exported as standard.

Background: BAPIs, such as BAPI_EDR_INVDOC_GETLIST, provide the user with lists of EDRs. In this case, all EDRs billed with an invoicing document are exported. As standard, however, the system only exports a restricted number of fields. For example, see the structure BAPI_FKKBI_OUT_EDR.

If you also want to export your customer-specific data, you can provide this data for the user via table C_EXTENSIONOUT using event 8025.
