FMCA_EVENT_P453 - PSCD: Generation of Invoices - Reduction of Open Items

Functionality

This industry-specific function module of Public Sector Contract Accounting is called for event p453, provided that you have not defined an installation-specific function module.

The special functions and attributes of this function module are described in the following section.

The function module's task is, if necessary, to exclude items for an invoice from a given quantity of open items. This happens as follows:

• The basic quantity is the quantity given in table T_0601

• The statistical items are taken away from the selected quantity provided that the invoice type excludes statistical items

• The deferred items are taken away from the selected quantity provided that the invoice type excludes deferred items.

• The items already printed are taken away from the selected quantity provided that the invoice type defines this. The field XAESP in open items (and not in the invoice history) shows whether an item is regarded as printed or not.

If you want to exclude an item, set the item indicator in table T_601 to a value that is not '000'.
