Functionality

This component-specific function module for the Public Services component is called at event P100, if you have not defined your own module.

The due date for inbound correspondence is determined at event P100.

The inbound parameters - business partner, contract account and contract object - are not interpreted in this sample feature of the event.

Instead, table TFMCA002 is read using the parameters for correspondence period and correspondence type (I_PERIOD und I_COTYP). If a suitable entry is found, the number of months and days calculated is added to the upper limit of the calculation period, thus, determining the due date.

If no suitable entry is found, the due date is set as the upper limit for the calculation period.

Notes

If you must determine the due date using methods that are too complex to represent using table TFMCA002, you can define your own module at event P100.
