Functionality

This function module is called for event P354, to determine whether a new version of a TTF (Transparent Table for Forms)-based form bundle should be created. Each version of a form bundle summarizes the current statuses of all included forms as a snapshot.

Event P354 is processed during transaction processing (for example Create Tax Assessment) for a form bundle.

You can determine the snapshot type used to create a form bundle version for each form bundle processed. In the Customizing activity Define TTF Versioning Time you define the snapshot types and the short text displayed for the type of form bundle version on the SAP NetWeaver Business Client UI.
