This function module of industry-specific component Public Sector Contract Accounting is the sample module for event P712. It is called automatically when you generate an inbound correspondence request.

When you create an inbound correspondence request, the system also posts a sample document. You can use this sample document to display the citizen's obligation to submit a return in the account balance display. If you use dunning by collection strategy, the sample document is also the basis for other dunning activities. The system automatically clears the sample document as soon as the corresponding inbound correspondence is received and therefore fulfilled.

You can use the function module defined with event P712 to change the sample document.

The document number (recurrence item, item number, and subitem) is not yet known. The reference document number, the company code, and the total amount of the document cannot be changed. The other fields can be changed as long as the document remains consistent.
