Functionality

Converts dynamic selections from RSDS_TWHERE format to RSDS_TEXPR format (type pool RSDS).
The module carries out a purely mechanistic conversion, without checks (such as for validity of dictionary field). Only the presence of correct expressions in WHERE_CLAUSES is checked.
