FRE_MD_LOC_INITIAL - Coordinate Collection a Send. of location md from R/3 to F&R: Initial Load

Functionality

This function module is called by report FRE_INIT_LOAD. It collects all data that belongs to all distribution centers and vendors and to all sites included in IT_T001WKEY. If FIRST_CALL of IS_WORK_REPORT is not flagged, only the sites in IT_T001WKEY will be considered (no distribution centers or vendors because they were already considered in the first run of the function module).

The data is mapped to F&R tables for the following information for the location:

• Header

• Text

• Address

• Phone

• Fax data

• Email address

• Web address

The data is then sent to F&R.

IT_T001WKEY:,,,,Keys for all sites relevant for F&R

IS_WORK_REPORT:,,Work panel consisting of the following:

,,DIRECT_ACCESS:,,,,Flag for direct access to F&R

,,SYSTEM_FRE:,,,,System on which F&R runs

,,SYSTEM_R3:,,,,Own R/3 System (Sender)

,,FIRST_CALL:,,,,Flag if first call of function module

,,PACKAGESIZE:,,,,Size of package sent to F&R
