FRE_MD_SUPPLY_SOURCE_DET - F&R CON: Determine possible Sources of Supply

Functionality

This function module controls supply source determination for a given number of article/site combinations. This results in entries in internal table ET_SOS_DATA_INS, representing key specifications for subrange and product transportation lanes as well as keys for procurement data records, enriched by R/3 master data required by the F&R definition of supply network objects.

It is also possible to provide the function module with 'incomplete insert' records in table IT_SOS_KEY_INS. Depending on the character of those records (subrange related lane, internal or external, and so on), the module will create additional records for transportation lanes as well as for procurement data records as required by F&R, and enrich those records with additional information based on F&R's definition of supply network objects.

In both cases, the resulting records will also be used to build F&R supply network objects in a later step of the overall process.
