FSC_EVENT_1125 - FI-CA: Document Processing - Before Saving Changes

Scope of Functions

In event 1125, the old and new versions of the item data and lock data processed in mass changes are provided.

You can return error messages in table T_MESSA and thereby prevent the changes being saved.

Area of Implementation

Preventing unrequired document changes. In the current form, a change to the net due date of an item in a contract account subject to balance interest calculation is checked. The net due date must not be changed from a period where balance interest has not been calculated to one where it has. If this change is still to be made however, you first have to reverse the interest documents belonging to this period.

Notes for Programming

The structures/tables with the ID "OLD" contain the old status of the items before the change.

The structures/tables with the ID "NEW" contain the new status of the document after the change.

Event 1125 should be considered in the same ways as event 1121:

Event 1121 is processed when you change one document. Event 1125 is processed when you process several documents.
