GET_PARTNER_INFO_OUTBOUND - Gets the partner information - OutBound

Functionality

Given the SENDER and RECEIVER as it appears in SPEC 2000 message header, this function will get the corresponding partner information from table SPCPRTNRINF.

This function is RFC enabled.

In order to use this function please maintain table SPCPRTNRINF first!!! It is a client dependent table.
