GLE_MCA_GENL_OPEN_LOG - Create Application Log Header

Functionality

The function module opens an application log.

The log will be kept as long as many days is set in the table TVARVC, parameter GLE_MCA_GENL_LOG_DAYS.

If an error occurs, the flag E_ERRORS will be set to 'X'.
