GM_GET_BUDGET_LAYOUT - Get budget layout

Functionality

Returns a string representing the grant budget layout where:

F = Fund

P = Program

C = Class

T = Time

The default layout is 'FPCT '.

Notes

Table GMGBDGTLAYOUT holds the data used by this function, and is maintained as part of the grant master. GMBDGTLAYOUT holds the grant type defaults that are used for the initial proposal during grant creation.
