GRPCRTA_GRC_CHANGE_LOG_CREATE - Create Change log for Controls

Functionality

This function module compares a database table objects(associated with a specific control) with another generic table(/VIRSA/ECMTSNAP) and determines the differences between these two. These differences are captured as change log in table GRPCRTA_TCHLOG
