G_SET_DOUBLE_CHECK - Obsolete, do not use

Checks for a specified set with '0H' prefixe whether there is a set with that ID without a prefix and the reverse. If no such set is found, the exception NO_DUPLICATE_FOUND is triggered. If such a set exists, the structure INFO is filled with information about the set found.
