Functionality

This routine derives the number of entitlement minutes during a Part Day absence (or a split "Complete" day absence) from the structure cover.

Notes

This routine is called by the Personnel Calculation Rule 'GORD' that is attached to every Part Day Valuation Rule in T554C.

The results of this are written directly to AB and IT.
