HRGPBS_OSP_OMP_MTH_PARAM_CHK - Check the entry in the "From Where" rule Parameter

Functionality

This routine checks that the "Parameters" entered for a specific "Method", to define a "From Where" rule, are consistent.

This check is performed on entry and during processing.
