Functionality

This routine loops through the marks in COVER between "P_START_DATE" and "P_END_DATE". Any that have the correct mark at "P_OFFSET" for a number of characters "P_LENGTH" in a Submark, will have the submark number of minutes added to the total.

IF "P_START_TIME" or "P_END_TIME" contain values then Infotype 2001 is interrogated to find the number of the absence on that date so as not to include any previous part day absences.
