HRIQNL_TRANSCRIPT_MAINTAIN - Maintain External Transcript - Maintain / Delete

Functionality

This function module performs the following tasks:

1. Maintains External Transcript

The function module checks for the existing external qualification within all external transcripts of the student.

If found, the function module deletes the existing qualification and creates a new transcript with the new qualification, for example, if a transcript 'A' contains qualifications for Q1and Q2, and the Q2 needs updation. In this case, the function module will delete Q2 in transcript 'A' and create transcript 'B' with the new Q2.

If not found, the function module creates a new transcript, using function module Create External Transcript

1. Deletes Qualification within an External Transcript

This function module searches all External Transcripts of the student, qualification to be deleted.

In case of a transcript containing multiple qualifications, the function module only deletes the relevant qualification.

In case a transcript contains only the relevant qualification, the function module deletes the qualification and the transcript.
