HRIQ_CONFERQRFC_CHANGE - Confer Qualification (RFC-Enabled)

Functionality

You can use this function module to change the qualifications which have already been conferred on a student. Please note that the qualification itself cannot be changed. To make the change, the function modules uses activity CQ02 (Change Conferred Qualification) which also creates activity documents. The function module transfers the data to be changed in the IS_CONFERQ and IT_CONFERQ_FUNC parameters. For information on the parameters, see the documentation of function module HRIQ_CONFERQRFC_CREATEFROMDATA.

In the function module, you must also specify which parameters were actually changed. In structure IS_CONFERQX which refers to structure IS_CONFERQ, you must therefore select the relevant fields (X) and/or transfer the value X in the UPDATEFLAG field of table IT_CONFERQ_FUNCX.
