HRIQ_RFC_ACADSTRUC_INITIALIZE - Initialize Academic Structures

Functionality

This function module initializes frequently used import parameters such as plan version, academic year, academic session, start date, and end date. You can use this function module to call other function modules in the same function group.

Example

You transfer the active plan version, an academic year, and an academic session to the function module. You then call the function module HRIQ_RFC_OFFERS_GET_LIST to determine the business event offerings for one or more modules. This function module uses the import parameters academic year, academic session, and plan version. You do not have to transfer these parameter values. The function module uses the initialization values.
