HRMSS_ORG_OF_HIGHEST_S_OPT - Provides Organizational Unit

Functionality

This function module returns the organizational unit that has the most occupied position assigned to it. It calls the HRMSS_GET_EMP_POSITIONS_OPT function module to retrieve positions with the highest staffing ratio. Then it returns the organizational unit associated with the position.
