HRMSS_RFC_ASYN_REFRESH - Remote Function Call for Asynchronous Refresh

Functionality

This function module is used to perform an asynchronous refresh of manager data based on the organizational views. These views are maintained in the variant of the Object and Data Provider Buffer Update for Managers (RP_MSS_OADP_UPDATE_BUFFER) report. The function module facilitates the long polling mechanism, that is, the Web Dynpro notification service. It passes an update event status to Internet Communication Manager (ICM). This action raises an appropriate action in the component. The system updates data with the help of the UPDATE_OADP_BUFFERmethod that belongs to the CL_HRMSS_OADP_OPT_UTILITY class.
