Functionality

This function module determines when to execute a particular piece of code based on the reference date provided in the Dates of Activation Change (T5F99VD) table.

Example

Different customers can specify different reference dates to execute a new piece of code required for implementing a new law passed by the Government. The reference date has to be within the time span of the actual dates specified by the Government for implementing the law.

The function module considers the following input parameters to determine if a reference date is maintained in the Dates of Activation of Change (T5F99VD) table:

  • Country grouping
  • Classificatory for types of changes
  • Correction identifier
  • Correction validity date
  • Actual date or date to be considered for correction

If an entry is not maintained, the system makes the entry in the Dates of Activation of Change (T5F99VD) table. For subsequent calling of this function module with the same input parameters, the system checks for the actual date. If the actual date is greater than or equal to the reference date, the system sets the exporting parameter P_APLICATE to X. Otherwise it is left blank.

Note:

The actual date refers to the date provided to the function module for comparing with reference date (table field APLDT) maintained in Dates of Activation of Change (T5F99VD) table.

CORRONDA is used in reports like Calculation of SSO and SFP Contributions and Deductions (HVECSSO0), Calculation of LPH Payments (PCLPHVE1) and so on.
