Functionality

This function module reads Tax Australia (0188) infotype or cluster table TAXP and returns a six-character tax treatment code in which each character denotes the following information:

  • Character 1 - Category of tax scale
  • Character 2 - Option within the tax scale category
  • Character 3 - Study and Training Support Loan
  • Character 4 - Medicare Levy Surcharge
  • Character 5 - Medicare Levy Exemption
  • Character 6 - Medicare Levy Reduction

  • EP_TTC - Tax Treatment Code
