HR_BE_GET_RISK_ID - Get Risk Identification

Functionality
This function enables you to retreive the different possible subtypes (risk identifiers, risk IDs) of the Identification of Risk for the Social Risk Declaration for Sector Unemployment, Scenario 5 (Temporary Unemployment, TU; Form UN05).
The possible values are the subtypes of TU absences are listed in more detail in the IMG chapter Define Risk Identifiers. This functional block has to be declared at least once, and max. 3 times.
For UN05, ten different risks exist. They all have a riskID that definesa kind of form subtype. For each different riskID, all blocks below block 90064 have to be repeated. The triggering event for the generationof UN05 is an employee's period of TU during the reference month. TU is entered in the R/3 system using infotype 2001 as employee's absences with specific absence types (wpbp-werks + wpbp-btrtl => t001p-moabw).
