HR_BE_PAY_GET_YEAR_OF_ALLOW - Get the year when allowance was granted

Functionality

This function module evaluates the date stored in Allowance start date field. The allowance date defines the start date of the Activa allowance; this is not the same as the hiring date of the employee.

The function module is used by the conditions specified in Customizing activity Define Activa Allowance Conditions.
