Functionality

This function module is to set the request status when you create a new request. When the positive points account happens, the request's status will be set as "POSITIVESTATUS"; when the negative points account happens, the request's status will be "NEGATIVESTATUS".

Example

For example, one employee has 100 points left,

1. When he or she wants to create a new request which costs 90 points, the status of the request is set as positive status "Approved".
2. Then the employee wants to create another new request which costs 20 points. Since there are only 10 points left, the status for the new request is set as negative status "Cancelled".

This configurable value is convenient for your company to define which kind of request type can be created when the negative points balance occurs.
