Functionality

The purpose of this function module is to perform a consistency check between the start of the leave period and the start of the deduction.

It checks whether the leave period start date is smaller than the deduction start date (LEBEG < DEBEG). If the deduction start is smaller, the system displays log message "Leave start cannot be before the deduction start."
