HR_COV_PART_DAY_SPLITTING_GR - Perform Part Day Splitting (GB)

Functionality

This routine creates the part day splits that can be processed by PAB. The table of Valuation Rules per day may contain MANY per day if Part Day processing is active. In this case, this routine has to create complete part day splits, while retaining the order of the table AB.
