HR_COV_SENIORITY_08 - Derive Seniority using Feature GLOSS (GB)

Functionality

This routine overrides the International functionality (HR_ENTRY_DATE) to derive an employee's Seniority at a specific date. This uses the feature GLOSS to decide on the start date of the period, end date of the period and the method to calculate the duration between the two dates.
