HR_CZ_CHECK_RC - Social insurance number check

Functionality

The functional modul determines based on the social insurance number,
birth date, sex and last name, if all data match with the social insurance number.

Returned STATUS value:
0 - OK
1 - female form of address mistake
2 - male form of address mistake
3 - birth date does not match
4 - is not modulo 11
5 - last 4 characters do not match with last name
