Functionality

This function module should only be used by the P11D report rpcp11g0. It checks if loans should be reported on the P11D by reading individual Results tables. Starting in tax year 2003-2004, this will no longer be necessary in most cases as we can use flagging wage type /LSE from note 617099. Individual RT analysis is still necessary in year 2003/2004, as /LSE was introduced mid-year. Also, for upgrades from lower releases /LSE may not be present, so that RT analysis is needed.
