HR_GB_GET_SCON_EOY - HR-GB: Returning SCON from NI Category Code

Functionality
This function module returns the SCON number, which is required for end-of-year processing.
On the basis of the NI Category Code specified, the function module reads table T5G30 to find the appropriate pension scheme IDs, reads Infotype 0071 for the specified personnel number, and returns the SCON number and relevant pension scheme ID.
The following NI Category Codes exist:
- A - Standard rate not contracted out
- B - Reduced rate not contracted out
- C - Employer only not contracted out
- D - Standard rate contracted out (COSRS)
- E - Reduced rate contracted out (COSRS)
- F - Standard rate contracted out (COMPS)
- G - Reduced rate contracted out (COMPS)
- S - Employer only contracted out (COMPS)
- X - NI non applicable
