HR_GB_PAY_DATE - HR-GB: Get pay date

Functionality

Get the pay date of a certain payroll period.

The period is defined by the period & date modifiers, the period number and the year. It is possible to pass a payroll area instead of the period & date modifiers. The country modifier defaults to '08'.

Try to use this function module all the time instead of direct table reads as it is an optimized version.
