HR_GB_WRITE_TO_TEMSE - HR-GB: Write internal table to TemSe file

Functionality

The function module writes an internal table to a TemSe file. The function module reads the viewer program, creates the TemSe object, writes the internal table to the TemSe file and closes the TemSe object.

The structure of internal table temse_tab is undefined; structure temse_object is assumed to have field short_name filled.
